THE PROCESS

For new canvas and canvas replacement we primarily work on boats located in Malletts Bay for the boating season or small boats that can be trailered to our parking lot.  Each piece of canvas needs to be patterned and installed on the boat, to ensure a perfect fit, we never copy over old canvas.  We usually work on custom canvas during the boating season only, from May through October, as access to the boat is necessary.  Large projects are patterned in steps and can take up to several weeks to complete, especially as we have to work around the weather.  We are sometimes booked up to a year in advance for large projects during the boating season so it is wise to plan ahead for scheduling your project.
